Hawaii Shore Excursion

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on multi-island planning, port identities, and what this hub will not invent.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a Hilo-only shore excursion site?+

No. This is the multi-island Hawaii authority hub. Island-specific products and schedules live on specialist sites for Hilo, Kona, Kauai, Maui, and Oahu.

Are Hilo and Kona the same port?+

No. They are separate Hawaii Island cruise calls with different logistics. Hilo is typically docked; Kailua-Kona is a tender call. Plan each day on its own.

Why do you say Nawiliwili instead of just Kauai?+

Cruise schedules name Nawiliwili as the Kauai harbour. Island branding alone is not enough for ship times or pickup planning.

Is Lahaina available?+

Lahaina is reserved as a separate Maui call identity and is not published as an active cruise programme on this hub. Active Maui planning here is Kahului.

Where is the ship schedule?+

Verified multi-port rows are being added from PortCall. This hub does not invent placeholder ships. Use Find my cruise to plan manually; specialist sites publish per-port schedules after acquisition.

Do you sell a full product catalog here?+

No. We recommend island hubs and deep-link to specialist shore-excursion and planner pages. We do not duplicate full specialist catalogs on this site.

Do you invent a Kona tender buffer number?+

No. We warn that tender operations compress usable shore time, but we do not invent a numeric buffer.

How do I contact you?+

Email hello@hawaiishoreexcursion.com or use the enquire form. We do not publish a public phone number on this site.
